  • You can start with a free 14-day trial, allowing full access to all features with one horse profile. After the trial, you will choose a subscription plan based on the number of horse profiles you'd like to manage. You can opt for a monthly or yearly subscription, with the yearly plan offering 2 months free.

  • No, the subscription will not start automatically. You choose whether to continue with a subscription once the trial ends.

  • My Cheval is designed for all horse owners, from those with a single horse to those managing larger stables. It simplifies life by keeping all your horse’s information in one convenient place, helping you stay on top of health appointments, track expenses, and manage schedules with an equestrian-focused calendar.

  • The app currently accepts only PNG and JPEG formats for images. If you try to upload a different format (such as GIF), it will not be accepted. Please ensure your image is in PNG or JPEG format.

  • Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time with no commitment. If you cancel, you’ll retain access until the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be made.

    We’re continuously developing new features to make life easier for horse owners, with improvements rolling out every month. It’s worth staying subscribed to enjoy the latest updates and benefits!

  • Yes, you can create custom event types, health actions, or expenses directly as you enter information in each section. Alternatively, you can add and edit these directly from the settings menu.

  • My Cheval is available on [iOS, Android, and soon on desktop]. Please make sure your device meets the minimum requirements for the app

  • Yes, we take data security very seriously. My Cheval uses encrypted storage and secure servers to protect your data. You can rest assured that your information is safe with us.

  • Some features may be accessible offline, but to fully enjoy all functionalities and sync your data, an internet connection is recommended.

  • After your free trial, you can select a subscription plan that matches the number of horse profiles you need. Each profile will have its own detailed information page, and you can easily switch between them within the app.

  • Yes, My Cheval allows you to share your horse’s profile with a trainer, vet, person that leases your horse or co-owner, so they can also access important health and care information. Please note the person you share the horse profile with also needs to subscribe to My Cheval.

  • If you cancel, your data will remain accessible until the end of your billing period. After that, you may lose access to certain features or profiles depending on your new account status.

  • You can easily upgrade or downgrade your subscription through the settings in the app. Changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
